Having the experience of hosting World Routes Conferences (Athens 2002, Abu Dhabi 2012), ACI Airport Exchange (Abu Dhabi 2011), ACI Europe Annual Congress and Exhibition (Athens 2006), and other business events, KPI. can support organisations in accommodating or participating in such events. In the case of the Routes Conferences, we can arrange and facilitate the meetings with airlines, assist the preparation of presentations, and provide the full scope of public relations services (media and events).
As airports are the gateways for major sports events and conferences in every country, KPI. has been actively involved in the airport preparation and operation during the Athens Olympic and Paralympic Games (2004), the European Champions League Final (Athens 2006) and Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix (Abu Dhabi 2009,2010,2011). We can provide marketing, branding, public relations and passenger experience services, while also organise hospitality programmes that can tie to a specific event.
Over the past year we have assisted Daimler-Mercedes-Benz launch the new S-class regionally and NovoNordisk to organise its annual management forum, while organised the Greek Deluxe Tourism Roadshow under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Tourism and Greek National Tourism Organisation.

The KPI. Workshops
KPI.Internal Dialogues range from half-day intensives to three-day comprehensives. We aim to work jointly with our clients in order to design integrated programmes, adapted to their particular business needs (strategy, marketing planning, action plans, etc.) and their desired end-benefits.
The KPI.Airport Workshops, offered to the airport community and business partners, are a very effective communication tool for airports, allowing them to significantly strengthen their B-to-B relationships. They are half or one-day events, that combine information sharing, keynote speaker presentations, awards and entertainment. It offers clients the opportunity to invite, usually on an annual basis, specific target groups (e.g. airlines, concessionaires), separately or together, and interact with them in a more informal way, however still conveying their key messages and solidifying the inter-airport partnerships.
